The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of title work for vehicle sales and purchases. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience working as a Title Clerk in a dealership setting - Proficient in MS Office Suite and dealership management software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills Responsibilities: - Process vehicle title applications and releases according to state regulations - Verify accuracy of vehicle titles and documents for each transaction - Communicate effectively with customers, lending institutions, and the DMV - Maintain current knowledge of state regulations surrounding vehicle titling - Collaborate with sales and finance departments to ensure seamless vehicle transactions Additional Requirements: - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work - Willingness to adhere to dealership policies and procedures regarding title processing.
