Customer Service Representative to join our Verizon 5G team. We're
looking for a cheerful individual who loves using their language
abilities to create lasting relationships with customers in-person.
Become a key member of K.E.Y. Point Solutions and be the primary
point of contact for customer service on our multinational
clientele’s behalf. Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer
Service Representative: Serve as the initial contact for customers,
offering direct and in-person customer service. Actively listen and
pinpoint customer needs, offering prompt and effective customer
service solutions. Cultivate trust and build strong relationships
with both customers and brokers through regular communication.
Drive sales leads and contribute to company growth by delivering
exceptional customer service. Address customer issues efficiently
and ensure follow-up to guarantee a positive customer experience.
Keep precise client records and verify that all deliverables are up
to standard. Advocate for client interests internally and
collaborate with various teams to achieve goals. Bolster customer
retention through consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives and senior
management to discuss ways to enhance productivity and surpass
targets more consistently
