Construction Manager (Edinburg, TX), Duties incl: Prep cost estimates, budgets, & work timetables. Interpret & explain contracts & tech info to other professionals. Collab w/ architects, engineers, & other construction specialists. Monitor projects & report progress & budget matters to the construction firm & clients. Respond to work delays, emergencies, & other problems w/the project. Ensure that the project complies w/legal reqmnts, such building & safety codes. Ensure projects & structures are completed w/in budget & on time. A Bach's deg or foreign equiv in Civil Engrg + 5 yrs exp in construction, Civil Engrg or reltd deg req'd.
