BC/ BE Rheumatology
Community demand = 3-4 month wait times for new patients
Replace physician who retired
Hospital-employed
Outpatient Clinic, M-F and Hospital consults
No hospital call
Patients: Adult only, 3-5 new patients per day, plus follow up patients and 5-6 infusion patients per week
Minimal patient call taken a week at a time
Salary plus productivity
