Job Description:

Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus available based on experience Summary Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA assists nursing service personnel with a variety of patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA assists with personal hygiene, takes vital signs and changes bed linens.
Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA may serve and collect food trays, provide for between-meal nourishment, and clean, sterilize, store and prepare other supplies.
Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Responsibilities

• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Education Required: High school diploma or GED Certifications Required: BLS Required: C.N.A., M.A., P.C.T., E.K.G., E.M.T. or Phlebotomist Certification required. BLS required within 10 days of hire or transfer into unit. Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
