Job Summary:This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.Key Responsibilities:

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
• Supervise and delegate care to staff members.
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management.Requirements:
  • Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse.
