Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team at Valley Baptist Medical Center - Harlingen. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients.Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
• Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
• Collaborate with the Charge Nurse to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
• Participate in unit-level resource management to ensure efficient use of resources.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
