Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM • Weekly starts on Wednesdays • Call requirement: Yes (2 late stays per week, 1 on-call per week, rotating weekend call every 3 weeks) • Weekend requirement: Yes • Float requirement: As needed within skillset • Required certifications: BLS • Previous travel experience required • Previous Cerner experience required • Work with common diagnoses/treatments including appendicitis, bone fractures, cholecystitis, subdural hematoma, and hernias • Work in 17 OR rooms and 2 cysto rooms • Use Cerner charting system • Navy blue scrubs required • Special procedures include open heart and neuro surgeries Facility: This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center that provides advanced surgical services with specialized operating rooms and cystoscopy suites.
