Job Details - Annual Volume: 23,000 - Beds: 202 - Provider Coverage: - Physicians work 7a-7p and 7p-7a - NPPAs work 10a-10p and 3p-1a - EMR: Cerner - Requirements - ABEM/ABOEM or ABFM with emergency medicine experience and experience with procedures - Certifications Required (if not ABEM or ABOEM) - ATLS, BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP (all need to be through AHA) - Subspecialties Available: Cardiology, Dialysis, OBGYN, Ophthalmology, Pulmonary, Neurology, Radiology, Imaging, Rehabilitation, Sleep Center, General Surgery, Urology, Wound Care - Malpractice: Claims Based/Unlimited Tail Facility Information South Texas Health System Edinburg, formerly known as Edinburg Regional Medical Center, in Edinburg, Texas is an acute care, four-story hospital. The hospital is part of the South Texas Health System and is licensed to operate 127 beds on floors designated for medical, telemetry and surgery.
