12-hour shifts, 4:1 patient ratio, 2 weekends per schedule, no
on-call required Highlights: 22-bed Emergency Department in a
high-acuity setting Comprehensive case mix including trauma,
cardiac alerts, STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and behavioral health
patients Meditech EMR system for documentation Collaborative team
of 55 experienced emergency care professionals Structured shift
support with dedicated charge nurses and ER techs per shift
Multiple open positions available for qualified candidates
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department
experience in a high-acuity setting Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS
certifications required (TNCC, ENPC, and CPI preferred) Strong
triage skills and ability to apply ESI guidelines Proficiency in IV
insertion, medication administration, EKGs, splinting, and wound
care Experience with moderate sedation, code response, intubation
assistance, and rapid sequence intubation Bilingual in English and
Spanish preferred but not required Experience with Meditech
