Job Description:

patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide in-home
occupational therapy services Help patients improve daily living
skills (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety Recommend
adaptive equipment and home modifications Educate patients and
caregivers on techniques to improve independence Monitor progress
and adjust care plans as needed Complete accurate and timely
documentation What We’re Looking For: Active Texas Occupational
Therapist (OT) license (required) Home health experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills Ability to work
independently in a home setting Excellent communication and
documentation skills Reliable transportation & valid driver’s
license Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred) Pay & Perks: Up
to $70 per visit Flexible, self-managed schedule Independence in
