Job Description:

We're looking for highly-driven, organized, and personable--Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable--clerks to play an important role on our team. Multiple positions open.

Responsibilities:
Some of the essential job duties are:
--- Posting vendor invoices
--- Statement reconciliation
--- Issue demand checks and vendor payments
--- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable schedule
--- Reconcile and post daily deposits
--- Receipt and post payments to AR accounts

Qualifications:
Requirements:
--- Knowledge of CDK systems preferred
--- High school diploma or equivalent
--- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
--- Excellent computer skills
