Coordinators to join our dynamic team! As a Junior Client
Coordinator with K.E.Y. Point Solutions, you will be responsible
for engaging with customers directly, helping them assess available
products, making appropriate sales recommendations, and keeping a
friendly and positive attitude while you do it. Your
responsibilities will also include providing personalized sales
support, in-depth customer service, and ongoing care. This role is
crucial to driving sales revenue growth, building and nurturing
lasting client relationships, and improving company brand presence

the role for you! Duties of a Junior Client Coordinator: Be the
primary point of contact for customers, offering proactive customer
service, consultative sales support, and ongoing care Actively
listen to customer needs and preferences, providing relevant and
effective sales solutions to their inquiries and problems.
Establish and nurture strong, dependable relationships with both
customers and brokers, fostering a sense of trust and reliability
in our sales and customer service team. Maintain meticulous
organization of customer service interactions and sales
transactions, ensuring consistent follow-up to address outstanding
issues or requests. Resolve customer complaints and issues with
professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and
a positive resolution. Collaborate with team members to achieve
sales targets and operational objectives, sharing successful
strategies and best practices to optimize performance.
